Maple Grove Stated Policy
Reservation Policy - Two nights minimum on most weekends during summer through fall seasons.
Check-In Time is 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. If checking in later than 7pm please call to make proper arrangements. I have a way.
Check-Out Time is 10am.
Payments – All rates are subject to 13.5% State and Local taxes. We accept most major Credit Cards including American
Cancellation Policy – We understand that “things come up”. We’re a small motel and cancellations are hard on us. However, if your plans change after you booked, We Have A No Fear / No Charge cancellation allowance if notice is made 10-days prior to your arrival date must be made by phone, txt or email.
Cancelations less than 10-days notice prior to arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, per room reserved. The 50% cancellation fee also applies to changes to your arrival/departure date that result in a shorter stay on a per day basis.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged in full, unless your room(s) are re-booked by another party. We make every effort to re-book your room(s) and will refund any room(s) we are able to re-book minus a 50% cancellation fee per room reserved Not re-booked.
Refunds- Are issued back in the same method paid to the account in which the payment was made within 7 business days from the date of cancellation notice. No refunds for No-Shows and will be charged in full. Cancellations must be made by phone, txt or email.
Colds & Influenza – We have implemented additional cleaning procedures in our rooms and common areas. We attempt to follow American Hotel and Lodging practices. We do not require masks or vaccination papers.
Smoking Policy - Wisconsin state law prohibits smoking in all private and public rooms. We also have a no-smoking policy through out the entire premis except at the Red cabana. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if, in the opinion of management, there has been smoking in a room which necessitates special cleaning.
No No's - No fish, bait or cooking in rooms, standing on tables, food fights, climbing trees, yelling or screaming, please. Drunkenness, drugs or disorderly conduct may result in eviction without refund.
Pet Fee & Policy - We understand traveling with pets is important to our guests, and we are animal lovers too. Limited availability requires advance approval based on breed, size and age. IF approved, pets are to be on leash at ALL Times, exercised in pet area East of parking area. Picked up after and their "gifts" are to be disposed of in nearby metal container. Pets are to be personally controlled (not tied up) at all times to minimize contact with motel guests. Pets are not allowed in Green Space, Pavilion or Common Lawn area. Pets should not be left unattended. If you go to town your pet goes with you unless they are crated in room.
Barking or growling pets may be asked to leave.
If in the opinion of management, there are signs caused by your in room pet that necessitates cleaning carpets and upholstery after your departure a $200 cleaning fee will be added to your charge. Damage will be charged based on repairs needed.
Outdoor kennel may be rented by the day 8am – 8pm for $30 with the complete understanding that Maple Grove accepts no responsibility, health, safety, food, water or clean-up of kennel. If cleanup is required an additional $25 fee will be acessed. Kennel is to be lock secured by owner. A loud or growling pet will not be allowed to stay or return.
Disclaimer: Payee accepts responsibility for their guests & pets and is responsible for damage to Maple Grove property and agrees to hold Maple Grove LLC and staff harmless for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal property, vehicle, allergy, infections, bites, or illness of any type.
Agreement – Payee and guests acknowledge agreement to our policy upon booking and payment for a stay which includes all rules, restrictions, responsibilities, caveats, including our pet policy.
